$70 a Month Grocery List
Vegans, Keto dieters, and regular folks with no diet restrictions like myself can all benefit from these three free grocery lists. The sudden and dramatic rise in pricing, which left me feeling helpless and overwhelmed, prompted me to develop this. Additionally, even with a degree, I was only eligible for low-paying positions that left me unable to meet my monthly financial obligations. High rent ($1300+ for a 400 square foot apartment in Tampa, Florida), $195 monthly vehicle insurance, car payment, petrol, phone bill, wifi, energy bill, student loans, credit cards, and so on are only some of the common monthly expenses faced by everyone. Being stressed out is putting it mildly. The basic human need to eat three times a day, shared by so many people around the world, should not be considered a luxury.
The lists are based on Walmart pricing, so you only have to make one stop for all of your shopping needs. The bulk of the items on these budget-friendly shopping lists are also mostly whole foods, which is what makes them so remarkable. In my opinion, the best way to ensure that you never go hungry again is to find some room in your monthly shopping budget to buy nonperishable foods like canned products in bulk. Furthermore, it is suggested that you purchase a great water filter from a reputable company. In this way, you may ensure that you always have access to the thing you need the most, clean water.
For those of my fitness-minded friends who could benefit from an increase in their protein intake, I highly recommend purchasing a large tub of protein powder, which will last you for approximately a month.
The costs shown here are based on those at Walmart, but as I noted, you can often get similar things at other budget-friendly retailers like Aldi, Trader Joe's, or even dollar stores for less.

In addition, I’d like to point out that, as you may have seen, the list contains precisely zero condiments and zero seasonings. Fast food establishments give out these goods for free in small packets. Feel free to take a couple home with you and put them in storage if you’d like.
To save money, I opted not to include any beverages (other than coffee), which are not necessary. Water, which can be obtained without cost, is almost always the best option. All you need is an empty jug to fill up at the nearby water fountain. If you haven’t already acquired the water filter I mentioned, this is your next best alternative. But if you’re flavor-obsessed like I am, a $1 box of crystal light powder packs is all you need.
In light of the financial hardships many people are experiencing right now, I offer the following list in the hopes that it would be of some assistance. Thank you for visiting, and please tell everyone you know about this. Prayers for prosperity, tranquility, and happiness for everybody.
